Welcome to matrix.pet
Welcome to matrix.pet! This is the official portfolio for me, Neo. On this site you can find my personal blog, as well my porfolio and social media / contact info. There's an admin dashboard which only I have access to, which allows me to make blog posts to the site.
I will probably end up posting about projects I'm working on here, as well as stuff I find interesting, and maybe some programming or cybersecurity related stuff.
The current project which I've been pouring months of research and development hours into is MatrixRAT, my first, one-of-a-kind Remote Access Trojan / Botnet. I'd consider it a Botnet.C2/RAT. It's still being actively developed, and there is currently no ETA for when it will be feature complete and ready to ship.
It's written mainly in Python and Bash Script for hosting the web panel stuff, and the web panel itself uses HTML/CSS/JS, and the client code for the windows stub uses C++. There's also other tools being developed in Rust mainly for:
1. Developers if they want to join the team and help work on MatrixRAT. 2. SOCKS5 reverse-proxy support for victims in the RAT
Right now, it's in the early stages, a lot of testing and development still has to be done. As far as where MatrixRAT will be hosted, for obvious reasons it can't be hosted on the clearnet. I thought about Tor, but Tor is too slow for what I'm trying to achieve, especially for low-latency and high-quality livestreaming of screen capture, webcam capture, and microphone capture. I started looking for alternatives, and found Lokinet as a good choice. It's modern, anonymous, and (important) fast. It's made to support VoIP, Gaming, and Streaming, which is exactly the kind of thing we are looking for.
We plan on only accepting Monero / XMR for payments due to it's anonymous nature, and for the fact that it's harder to trace than standard cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, Ethereum, and others. We don't have any plans to accept any other payment methods than Monero. Zcash was looked at, and I decided against it, but I won't go into a big rant about why here.
In conclusion, thanks for visiting my site, and expect more blog posts in the near future. I'll leave you with one of my favorite YouTube videos from the famous hit movie "The Matrix".
